The independent record label “RUMIRECORDS” was founded in Vancouver in April 2016. Emphasizing Iranian albums from the outset, RUMIRECORDS released the first album “Of String’s Song & Reed’s Cry” from Iran in February 2017. The catalogue includes Persian classical music CDs and DVDs as well other genres such as folk, new age, educational and audio books. The mission is just publishing albums by the online music stores such as iTunes, Amazon Music and so on.
